Beko Global is hiring Senior Specialist Spare Parts Operation
Key Responsibilities:
- Spare parts availability to support new product salesand secure brand loyalty
- Identify challenges and constraints for the effective support of finishedgoods with optimal availability of spare parts.
- Optimize spare parts availability to ensure the balance of fast time to market (to minimize potential legal liabilities and maximize brand loyalty) with lowest cost (local stocking versus central stocking with associated transport logistics)
- Optimize spare parts availability through the whole product lifecycle that includes negotiating spare parts as part of the original production planning and sourcing; managing spare parts through component engineering changes whilst in production; and ensuring ongoing supply of spare parts for obsolete and superseded models after production has ended.
- Ensure all aspects of the company's spare parts activities comply with all statutory and legal obligations including consumer and competition law, work, health and safety and environmental legislation.
- Full management of all Warehousing processes: unloading, stocking, pick/loading and dispatching the goods, re-packing and scrapping, handling documents for the in & outbound, Value Added Services for customer upon request
- Run stock inventory control and ensure inventory accuracy in compliance with Law and internal policies
- Ensure the EHS requirements are effectively in place in the warehouse
- Guarantee the continuity of the service in term deliveries.
Education & Experience
- Bachelor degree in Engineering, logistics, commerce.
- Broad and solid experience (8+ years) in supply chain, warehousing or logistics.
- Experience in SAP systems is a must, Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Capability to work under pressing business environment.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Fluent in English.
