Spare Parts Sales Engineer

This is a full-time on-site role for a Spare Parts Sales Engineer, based in Jeddah. The Spare Parts Sales Engineer will manage customer inquiries, provide technical support, and assist clients in selecting the appropriate parts for their equipment needs. Tasks include identifying customer requirements, developing and maintaining client relationships, preparing quotes, processing orders, and ensuring timely delivery of spare parts. The individual will collaborate closely with the sales and technical teams to support client satisfaction and drive sales growth.

• Proficiency in Sales Engineering and the ability to assist clients with technical specifications and requirements
• Strong understanding of Sales and Customer Service to effectively address client needs and build lasting relationships
• Excellent Communication skills for liaising with customers, suppliers, and internal teams
• Experience in delivering Technical Support to ensure proper product selection and post-sale service
• Familiarity with heavy equipment components, particularly Caterpillar and Volvo machinery, is an advantage
• Proven ability to work both independently and as part of a team in an on-site work environment
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field is preferred
