About Wynn Al Marjan Island:
On schedule to open in the United Arab Emirates in Spring 2027, Wynn Al Marjan Island has been created as an opulent and entertaining beachside destination for discerning guests to play and relax. Located less than 50 minutes from Dubai International Airport, this integrated resort offering 1,530 rooms and suites, 22 restaurants and lounges, a theatre, nightclub, and five-star spa is currently under construction on a picturesque island that gracefully curves into the Arabian Gulf.
About The Position
Wynn Al Marjan Island is currently seeking a Special Events Planner to join the resort's Gaming Special Events team.
Responsibilities
The primary duties and responsibilities of this role are:
- Design and execute slot and table game promotions (drawings, multipliers, tournaments, lucky draws, themed offers)
- Coordinate promotional calendars aligned with casino revenue targets and CRM campaigns
- Ensure promotions comply with gaming regulations and internal controls
- Develop promotional rules, mechanics, and guest communications
- Plan Gaming events such as EGM tournaments, Table games competitions, VIP appreciation events and Holiday & themed gaming events
- Manage event logistics such as venues, schedules, staffing, signage, equipment, and guest flow
- Coordinate with operations, security, surveillance, IT, and F&B for smooth execution
- Work closely with Table Games & EGM Operations & Loyalty team, Player Development/VIP Hosts, Compliance & Regulatory, Marketing Communications
- Align promotions with loyalty tiers and player segmentation
- Source and coordinate with vendors for gifts, equipment, entertainment, and event services
- Follow gaming regulations and internal audit requirements
About You
The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Hospitality, Business, or related field (preferred)
- 2 - 5 years experience in Gaming promotions, Events planning or Gaming marketing or hospitality
- Strong understanding of Table games and slot operations and Player behavior and gaming metrics
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Strong communication and coordination abilities
- Analytical mindset for ROI tracking
- Creative event planning skills
- Knowledge of gaming compliance standards
- Ability to work flexible hours (nights/weekends/holidays)
