We are seeking a seasoned payments professional to lead high-impact transformation initiatives within the Acquiring & Cash Management domain of a leading banking environment in Riyadh.
This role focuses on process optimization, operational re-engineering, and implementation of new payment initiatives to enhance efficiency, compliance, and business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct end-to-end analysis of merchant onboarding, transaction processing, reconciliation, and settlements.
- Streamline workflows across acquiring, risk, compliance, and finance.
- Identify and implement automation opportunities.
- Redesign underwriting and merchant payout processes.
- Improve merchant integration (APIs, payment gateways).
- Refine fee structures and billing processes.
- Implement enhanced fraud monitoring and compliance controls.
- Lead rollout of new payment solutions (e.g., Soft POS, QR-based payments).
- Support digital onboarding and merchant self-service platforms.
- Develop KPIs, dashboards, and performance frameworks.
- Ensure full compliance with regulatory and governance requirements.
Mandatory Requirements
- Experience in merchant acquiring and payments business.
- Proven Product management experience.
- Strategic acumen and growth mindset.
- Fluency in English and Arabic.
Knowledge & Experience
- 10+ years of experience in merchant acquiring, payments, cash management, or process optimization roles in banking or fintech.
- Strong understanding of payment processing, settlement cycles, and reconciliation.
- Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, or other process optimization methodologies is preferred.
- Regulatory awareness (AML, KYC, PCI-DSS).
- Strong analytical and project management capabilities.
- Ability to work cross-functionally and lead initiatives independently.
