Job Description

Role Purpose:

The purpose of this role is to ensure Clinical Quality, Clinical Standard Practice and provide Clinical Education Strategies that will be deployed across all levels within the renal organization and externally to PD practitioners and Key Opinion Leaders involved in PD programs in KSA.

Job Accountabilities and Duties:

  • Responsibility for the development of the annual PD education curriculum for the renal clinical team at a national level.

This includes a new induction program for new clinical coordinators, PD fundamental education (3 levels) as well as practical training on PD procedures and leveraging key learning's from comprehensive needs assessment. The curriculum is developed and implemented using a role specific and needs based approach, leveraging both global and local resources as available.

  • Responsibility for customer education strategy

for new PD practitioners as well as professionals (nurses and doctors) by establishing a PD education calendar and ensuring the implementation of the education strategy at a National Level.

  • Develop Healthy PD programs at a National Level by conducting a comprehensive assessment and evaluation for each PD program in KSA versus Healthy PD program standards.

Analyze needs, gaps and identify areas for improvement. Establish and ensure the implementation of an action plan for each account, in collaboration with the District Managers and Clinical teams.

  • Support the development of standard clinical practice, clinical skills and quality of care for Home based PD therapy among the clinical teams and ensure implementation in all PD programs
  • Management of PD Clinical Outcomes across KSA:

by District and specifically by account to ensure proper monitoring, reporting and communication internally and externally with dedicated staff, customers and key opinion leaders.

  • Responsible for Sales Reporting and Validation processes monthly.
  • Mentor and act as a coach to more inexperienced or junior members of the sales teams by providing support and advice during hospital visits.
  • Be actively involved in recruitment and selection decisions for new employees hired within the Sales and Marketing team with the view of the growth of a diverse and multi-skilled sales organization.

Education:

Medical or Related bachelor's degree (Life Sciences, Nursing)

Experience:

2-5 years experience and progression through medical sales-based roles, Peritoneal Dialysis
