Job Description

We are hiring a Specialist Engineer, Logistics is responsible for planning, coordinating, and optimizing logistics operations to support oil and gas projects and field activities. The role ensures the efficient movement of materials, equipment, and personnel while maintaining compliance with company standards, safety regulations, and project schedules with oil and gas experience to be based in Abu Dhabi.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and coordinate logistics activities for the transportation, storage, and delivery of materials and equipment for oil and gas operations.
  • Monitor and optimize supply chain processes to ensure timely delivery to project sites, offshore platforms, or operational facilities.
  • Coordinate with procurement, warehouse, and project teams to ensure material availability and proper distribution.
  • Ensure compliance with HSE policies, regulatory requirements, and company logistics procedures.
  • Manage logistics documentation, permits, and shipping requirements.
  • Track shipments, resolve logistics issues, and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and cost control.

Qualification Required.

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 15+ years of experience in the oil and gas industry in the similar role.
  • Previous experience in the ADNOC project on a PMC role is a must
  • Strong knowledge of transportation, material handling, and logistics coordination for field operations
  • Familiarity with ERP systems and logistics tracking tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work collaboratively with other departments and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
