Job Description:

  • Provide financial inputs on fees, agreements, and transformation initiatives to safeguard RTA's interests and enhance financial sustainability.
  • Contribute to pricing studies for new or revised services in line with approved financial frameworks.
  • Provide inputs to legislative and policy proposals related to service pricing and cost recovery.
  • Conduct financial impact assessments for agreements, and MoUs prior to approval
  • Assess employee and customer suggestions for financial impact and prepare supporting studies.
  • Recommend enhancements to financial study methodologies to improve accuracy, reliability and consistency.
  • Review and update policies and procedures related to financial studies in line with RTA requirements.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance with 5 years of experience in relevant field.
  • CPA/CMA certifications are preferred
  • Proven experience conducting financial impact assessments and developing pricing models for services or projects.
  • Experience contributing to policy development and cost recovery frameworks.
  • Strong knowledge of financial modeling, cost-benefit analysis, and impact assessment techniques.
  • Proficiency in financial software and advanced Excel modeling.
  • Familiarity with public sector finance, government fee structures, and economic regulation principles.
  • Understanding of accounting standards and financial policies.
  • Ability to evaluate complex financial data and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
  • Skilled in assessing financial implications of strategic initiatives, agreements, and policy changes.
  • Strong attention to accuracy, reliability, and consistency in financial studies.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to prepare clear reports and presentations.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills to coordinate with internal departments and external partners.
  • Ability to provide sound financial advice to support decision-making and safeguard organizational interests.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
  • High level of integrity, accountability, and commitment to financial sustainability
