This is a full-time, on-site role located in Cairo, Egypt, for a Specialist Leasing Executive. The Specialist Leasing Executive will be responsible for handling all aspects of commercial leasing, including lease negotiations, lease administration, and executing new lease agreements. Responsibilities also include conducting market research to identify potential opportunities, maintaining relationships with clients, and ensuring compliance with company leasing standards and policies.

• Proficiency in Commercial Leasing and handling all aspects related to Leases
• Strong skills in Lease Negotiations and Lease Administration
• Ability to conduct thorough Market Research to identify market trends and client needs
• Experience in building and managing client relationships effectively
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities
• Previous experience in real estate or leasing is highly advantageous
• Proficiency in relevant software and tools for lease management
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field is preferred
