KEY RESULTS ACCOUNTABILITIES:
# Managing competing resources and priorities.
# Monitoring deliverables and ensuring timely completion of projects.
# Knowing and evaluating core licensing business processes and rules, anticipating requirements, uncovering
areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions.
# Engaging in reviews of business processes and developing optimization strategies with the relevant Licensing
Agency departments.
# Perform any other responsibilities related to position when appropriate.
# Serving as a liaison between Licensing Agency departments, the IT department, and the Corporate
Architecture Review Team (CART).
# Performing requirements analysis, documenting and communicating requirements, and leading their
implementation from the business side.
# Leading user acceptance testing for the relevant requirements and liaising with the business users and owners.
# Responsible for system audits and health checks in terms of serving the business needs, and identification of
improvements.
# Managing projects, developing project plans, and monitoring performance.
# Updating, implementing and maintaining procedures.
# Prioritizing initiatives based on business needs and requirements.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Design, or Computer Engineering
from a recognized university
