Roles & Responsibility

  • Ensure accurate entry, storage, and maintenance of asset data in the CAFM system.
  • Create Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM) work orders based on the scheduled program.
  • Review and verify data records for accuracy and clarity.
  • Auto-generate and prepare periodic reports for client submission.
  • Maintain organized filing systems for all documents and records.
  • Record and track material movement through the CAFM system.
  • Manage help desk requests, providing updates on work order status.
  • Prepare work schedules and follow up on task completion in the system.
  • Update and close completed tasks promptly.

Qualification and experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business Administration.
  • Minimum 3 years proven experience operating a CAFM system.
  • Strong background in maintenance planning, scheduling, and help desk operations.
  • Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
