Develop,u00A0supportu00A0and implementu00A0cost-effective programmes for improving effectiveness and efficiency of maintenance processes, standards & procedures across all operating assets including Pipeline & contribute to Centre of Excellence for maintenance.u00A0

Policy & Standards, Processes & Practicesu00A0

• Review the processes and practices related to the development, improvement, maintenance and communicationu00A0Companyu2019s maintenance policy,u00A0frameworku00A0and standards, with the support of relevant entities such as Technical Engineering, Operating Plants and Projects asu00A0required.u00A0

• Develop,u00A0manageu00A0and support cost-effective programmes to ensure that maintenance activities are standardised and continually improved, throughout the asset lifecycle, and to contribute their safe and reliable operation, all in close liaison with the site implementation teams and senior management.u00A0

• Develop and support a company-wide process tou00A0consolidateu00A0and continually evaluate maintenance costs against benchmarksu00A0in order tou00A0actively reduce spend while achieving companyu00A0objectives.u00A0u00A0

• Ensure that the Maintenance Excellence Department and sites implementation teams are taking advantage of every opportunity to embed Maintenance process Compliance in line with Maintenance Standard (Policy) or past audit reports.u00A0

• Review and propose structured changes in maintenance business process andu00A0methodologyu00A0to continuously support implementation of Maintenance Excellence initiatives.u00A0u00A0

• Provide expert support tou00A0operating, technical and project staffu00A0in order tou00A0ensure that the new ways of working are understood,u00A0supportedu00A0and become the normal way of working.u00A0

• Participate in development of a future Maintenance Management System and support its implementationu00A0in order tou00A0ensure they adequately and efficiently support business processes.u00A0

• Manage maintenance business process reviews and review technical reports detailing maintenance performances, best practices and recommended changes and improvements.u00A0

• Review and propose an optimised spare parts selectionu00A0methodologyu00A0to avoid the purchase of unnecessary spares during projects and to avoid unnecessarily replenishing spares, in close cooperation withu00A0Procurement, Engineering & Technical Servicesu00A0and Sites.u00A0

Performance Monitoringu00A0

• Review and propose improvements for the development and support of a coherent,u00A0accurateu00A0reporting system for maintenance performance and for standard compliance to provide basis for management decisions at all levels of Company.u00A0Assistu00A0with monitoring,u00A0reportingu00A0and recommending areas for improvement against these reports.u00A0

• Support the implementation of systems for periodic process reviews/auditsu00A0in order tou00A0reinforce the sustained implementation of new ways of working.u00A0

QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS

Minimum Qualificationu00A0

• Bachelor Degreeu00A0inu00A0Engineeringu00A0or equivalent Professional Qualification.u00A0

u00A0

Minimum Experience & Knowledge & Skillsu00A0

• 8u00A0years of experience inu00A0a large industrial organizationu00A0in maintenance, preferably in the Oil and Gas industry.u00A0

• Advanced knowledge/practice of Maintenance processes & Systems analysis & change management systems/methodologies in Oil & Gas.u00A0u00A0u00A0

• Advanced knowledge/skill onu00A0Gas plants maintenance process & systems.u00A0

• Solid understanding of how people go through a change and the change process.u00A0

• Familiar with Budget and schedule risk analysis studies.u00A0

• Familiar with Maintenance Management systems (preferred with MAXIMO/SAP).u00A0u00A0

• Full knowledge of HSE in a plant environment.u00A0
