About noon Food
Noon Food is a restaurant-first platform on the noon app, offering fair commissions, a sustainable program, and operating flexibility for the food and beverage industry in the Middle East. Noon Food is expanding its ecosystem through a new growth initiative focused on deepening restaurant partnerships and unlocking additional value for merchants and customers.
About the Role
We are looking for an Operations Specialist to manage and support a portfolio of restaurant partners, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations, strong performance, and high partner satisfaction. This role is highly operational, partner-facing, and data-driven, requiring close collaboration with restaurants and internal teams.
What you'll do
- Act as the main point of contact for restaurant partners, handling operational and technical support requests.
- Design, build, and implement operational processes from scratch, including SOPs, trackers, and escalation frameworks.
- Create and manage automated dashboards and reporting systems to provide real-time visibility into partner performance and operational health.
- Monitor and manage daily, weekly, and monthly performance metrics, identifying gaps, root causes and improvement opportunities.
- Build and maintain data-driven processes and systems to proactively track performance, flag issues, and drive operational efficiency.
- Troubleshoot operational issues and coordinate with internal teams (tech, product, support) to ensure timely and effective resolution.
- Support restaurant partners with onboarding, training, setup, and ongoing operational processes.
- Ensure restaurant partners adhere to operational best practices, platform guidelines, and standard operating procedures.
What you'll need
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, or a related field.
- 34 years of experience in operations, merchant support, F&B or hospitality roles
- Target-driven mindset with a consistent track record of achieving results.
- Solid working knowledge of MS Excel.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate across teams.
