Responsibilities
- Perform complex surgical procedures on pediatric patients in accordance with best practices and JCI standards
- Conduct thorough pre-surgical evaluations and formulate individualized surgical plans
- Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal clinical outcomes
- Provide excellent post-operative care and actively monitor patients for recovery and potential complications
- Engage with families to explain procedures, expected outcomes, and aftercare instructions
- Maintain compliance with all hospital policies, procedures, and JCI accreditation requirements

Requirements
- Medical degree from a recognized institution specializing in Pediatric Surgery
- Board certification in Pediatric Surgery
- Valid medical license to practice in the relevant jurisdiction
- Demonstrated experience in pediatric surgical procedures in a JCI-accredited or similar high-quality facility
- Strong knowledge of surgical techniques and pediatric surgical care
- Excellent communication skills, particularly with children and their families
