We are seeking a qualified and experienced Specialist Pediatrician to provide high-quality medical care to infants, children, and adolescents. The ideal candidate must hold a valid DHA (Dubai Health Authority) demonstrate strong clinical expertise in diagnosing and managing pediatric conditions in accordance with UAE healthcare regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough examinations of infants, children, and adolescents.
- Diagnose and treat acute and chronic pediatric illnesses.
- Monitor growth, development, and vaccination schedules.
- Provide preventive healthcare services and parental guidance.
- Manage pediatric emergencies effectively.
- Prescribe medications and treatments in line with DHA guidelines.
- Maintain accurate patient records using electronic medical systems.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams (nurses, specialists, therapists).
- Refer patients to subspecialists when necessary.
- Ensure compliance with DHA regulations, clinical standards, and hospital policies.
Required Qualifications
- Medical Degree (MBBS or equivalent) from a recognized institution.
- Postgraduate qualification in Pediatrics (MD / DNB / MRCPCH or equivalent).
- Minimum 35 years of experience as a Specialist Pediatrician.
- Current BLS/ACLS/PALS certification preferred.
- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage).
