On schedule to open in the United Arab Emirates in early 2027, Wynn Al Marjan Island has been created as an opulent and entertaining beachside destination for discerning guests to play and relax. Located less than 50 minutes from Dubai International Airport, this integrated resort offering 1,530 rooms and suites, 22 restaurants and lounges, a theatre, nightclub, and five-star spa is currently under construction on a picturesque island that gracefully curves into the Arabian Gulf.
About The Position
Wynn Al Marjan Island is currently seeking an Specialist to join the resort's Private Access team.
Responsibilities
The primary duties and responsibilities of this role are:
- Deliver tailored services and amenities to VIP guests in private access areas.
- Assist with the planning and execution of exclusive events, experiences, and activities.
- Respond promptly to guest requests, ensuring accuracy and discretion.
- Support the Manager and team in maintaining privacy and confidentiality standards.
- Liaise with butlers, coordinators, and other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Maintain detailed records of guest preferences and service interactions.
- Handle guest feedback and resolve issues in a professional manner.
- Ensure qualitative Forbes Five Star standards are met.
- Uphold the highest standards of presentation, etiquette, and service at all times.
About You
The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:
- Previous experience in luxury hospitality or private residence service preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills .
- Ability to anticipate guest needs and deliver personalized service.
- High level of discretion, professionalism, and attention to detail.
- Multilingual abilities are an advantage.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Prior experience and training with Forbes Travel Guide standards required.
