Job Summary :
To provide advanced applications, technical support, and training for IVD systems across Clinical Chemistry, Immunology, Hematology, and Histopathology. The role focuses primarily on assay validation, operator training, troubleshooting, and workflow optimization to ensure optimal system performance and customer satisfaction. In addition, the role supports sales activities through product demonstrations, technical input during tenders, and pre- and post-sales support to help drive business growth.
Job Responsibility :
- Provide application support, training, and troubleshooting for IVD systems across Chemistry, Immunology, Hematology, and Histopathology.
- Support expansion of the Histopathology business through application expertise, workflow optimization, and user training.
- Deliver technical presentations, product demonstrations, and scientific sessions to customers and internal teams.
- Act as the technical reference for assigned product lines, supporting evaluations and validations.
- Collaborate with sales, service, and product teams to ensure customer satisfaction and sustainable business growth.
- Solid understanding of quality control, calibration, validation, and laboratory accreditation requirements.
- High level of customer focus with a proactive and service-oriented mindset
Skills & Experience required :
- Minimum 7 years of experience of of relevant experience in Sales, product management, application support, or technical sales in general diagnostics.
- Bachelor's degree in medical laboratory sciences, Biotechnology, Biochemistry, Life Sciences.
- Strong application and technical expertise in IVD systems, including Chemistry, Immunology, Hematology, and Histopathology
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to interact confidently with laboratory staff, clinicians, and management
- Ability to work independently in the field while collaborating effectively with sales, service, and product teams
