Job Description

Principle Functions:

Social media specialist will play an instrumental role in the e& brand building efforts with the goal to increase brand awareness, drive user engagement, and bring to life e& products and services on the social media platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Social media strategy: Assist in developing and implementing a comprehensive social media strategy to increase brand visibility, audience engagement, and conversions.
  2. Social media management: Monitor, update, and manage social media accounts (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.) regularly to ensure a consistent online presence.
  3. Content planning and creation: Generate engaging and brand building content for various social media platforms to win hearts and minds of the target audience.
  4. Influencer and partner collaborations: Coordinate with influencers, bloggers, and other partners for promotional activities or content sharing to expand the brand's reach.
  5. Research and stay updated: Keep abreast of the latest trends, tools, and best practices in social media marketing, and incorporate them into the company's social media strategy.
  6. Competitor analysis: Monitor the social media activities of competitors to gain insights and identify opportunities for improvement.
  7. Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with other departments, such as marketing, PR, and sales, to align social media efforts with overall company goals and objectives.

Requirements:

  1. Good written and verbal communication skills.
  2. In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms and their respective audiences.
  3. Understanding of social media analytics and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
  4. Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload.
  5. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
  6. Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field is preferred.
  7. A strong passion for social media and staying current with industry trends.
  8. Prior experience in social media management or a related field is a plus.
