Responsibilities
- Support the day-to-day activities of the Talent Acquisition function to ensure processes are implemented effectively and in line with approved policies and procedures.
- Assist in preparing recruitment and resourcing plans in coordination with Director – HR&E.
- Liaise with business functions to understand recruitment requirements and support the timely filling of vacancies.
- Assist in implementing cost-effective recruitment plans and sourcing approaches.
- Support the execution of recruitment strategies to identify, attract, and hire suitable talent.
- Assist in manpower planning and staffing budget tracking activities as required.
- Maintain recruitment tracking sheets related to time to hire, cost of hire, and source of hire, and prepare reports for management review.
- Support Emiratization hiring initiatives and related recruitment activities.
- Guide hiring managers on recruitment processes, selection practices, and interview coordination.
- Assist in organizing interview and resourcing workshops for hiring managers when needed.
- Track recruitment effectiveness metrics and highlight areas for improvement.
- Monitor recruitment tools and suggest enhancements for better efficiency.
- Participate in ad hoc talent acquisition projects and recruitment events as required.
- Coordinate the recruitment process from requisition stage until candidate onboarding, while ensuring timely follow-up with hiring managers and candidates.
- Consolidate and track interview outcomes to ensure recruitment activities are aligned with policy and defined guidelines.
- Prepare and coordinate job offers for selected candidates in line with compensation guidelines and internal approvals.
- Support the exit interview process and compile findings to identify trends and attrition drivers for management review.
Qualifications
Educational and Technical Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Management, or related field
- Professional Human Resource Certification (ex. SHRM, PHR) is preferred
Language Skills
- Fluent written and spoken English and Arabic is essential
Years of Experience
- 4 - 6 years of relevant experience in Human Resources, talent acquisition, or a related field
