Job Responsibilities:
- Plan and coordinate with consultancy firms, governmental authorities, and the military engineering sector to introduce our products and secure their specification in upcoming projects.
- Develop and implement a structured visit schedule for targeted clients.
- Prepare detailed visit reports and maintain follow-up charts for each client interaction.
- Handover confirmed projects and opportunities to the sales team.
- Provide clients with comprehensive information and technical data about us and its products.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients by understanding and addressing their needs.
- Identify new clients and explore potential business opportunities.
- Follow up on projects to ensure the possibility of introducing and specifying our products.
Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related technical field.
- Solid technical background with the ability to understand and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
- Experience in dealing with consultants, architects, and governmental authorities.
- Knowledge of construction materials, finishing products, and building systems.
- Strong presentation skills with the ability to deliver technical seminars and product demonstrations.
- Ability to prepare technical submittals, compliance statements, and specifications documents.
- Proven track record of getting products specified in large-scale projects.
- High level of self-motivation, initiative, and result-oriented mindset.
- Valid driving license and willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
Competencies Required:
- Minimum of 2 years experience in Specification and sales.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent selling and persuasion skills.
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
Very good command of English (written and spoken
