Role Description

This is a part-time hybrid role for a Speech Language Specialist, located in Al Ain, with flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. The Speech Language Specialist will assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders. Responsibilities include creating personalized therapy plans, assisting individuals with speech and swallowing difficulties, and collaborating with families, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure effective rehabilitation and progress.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Speech Therapy and experience addressing speech and language disorders
• Expertise in managing Dysphagia and other related swallowing disorders
• Strong understanding of Communication methods, both verbal and non-verbal
• Experience in Rehabilitation practices to support patients in achieving their goals
• Excellent interpersonal skills to work collaboratively with clients, families, and professionals
• Relevant certifications and licenses to practice as a Speech Language Specialist
• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or a related field is preferred
• Ability to balance a hybrid work schedule effectively
