Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Spine Product Specialist based in Cairo, Egypt, with opportunities for occasional remote work. The responsibilities include providing extensive knowledge and expertise on spine-related medical devices, supporting sales teams with product demonstrations, and serving as a resource for clients and healthcare professionals. The role involves delivering customer training, addressing technical inquiries, and assisting in achieving sales targets through effective communication, customer service, and problem-solving.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Product Specialist or familiarity with spine-related medical devices
• Strong Analytical Skills and the ability to evaluate technical specifications and market trends
• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to build and maintain professional relationships
• Proficiency in Sales techniques and achieving performance targets
• Ability to work in a hybrid setting and manage a balance between on-site and remote responsibilities
• Bachelor degree is required.
• Previous experience in medical devices or healthcare is an advantage
