Dealer Sales Manager Split Business
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Dealer Sales Manager with a strong background in split business to drive sales growth, expand dealer networks, and execute effective pricing and marketing strategies. The ideal candidate will combine strategic thinking with hands-on sales execution and strong reporting skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow dealer sales operations within the split business segment.
- Develop, implement, and execute effective selling strategies to achieve sales targets.
- Build, expand, and maintain a strong dealer sales network across assigned markets.
- Participate in annual budgeting, forecasting, and sales planning activities.
- Provide input and direction for marketing strategies to support sales objectives.
- Develop and manage pricing strategies in alignment with market trends and company goals.
- Prepare and analyze sales reports using Excel and other reporting tools.
- Monitor dealer performance and recommend corrective actions when needed.
- Represent the company in a professional and presentable manner during meetings and negotiations.
Requirements:
- 710 years of experience in dealer sales, preferably within the split business sector.
- Proven experience in building and managing dealer sales networks.
- Strong understanding of budgeting, pricing, and sales strategy development.
- High level of English proficiency (spoken and written).
- Excellent presentation, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and sales reporting methods.
- Professional appearance and business conduct.
