Job Summary:
Support the Manager in managing Sponsorships operations and initiatives, overseeing day-to-day execution and ensuring alignment with plans and service/brand standards.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research to identify and segment potential sponsors based on strategic priorities and partnership opportunities
- Support the Manager in developing and implementing sponsorship strategies and customized packages for potential sponsors, ensuring alignment with event goals and sponsor expectations
- Coordinate and oversee the sponsorship development process by facilitating meetings and supporting the drafting, review, and finalization of sponsorship agreements
- Oversee the creation and maintenance of and promote destination marketing opportunities to enhance Golf Saudi's tourism platform by leveraging partnerships with hotels and travel agencies
- Oversee and coordinate and oversee sponsor activations during local and international events, coordinating the delivery of sponsor assets such as logos and signage
- Coordinate and oversee with Operations and IT teams to enhance sponsor-related systems, processes, and integrations, ensuring smooth execution and monitoring
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of sponsorship assets across events and initiatives
- Support sales efforts for corporate events and tourism products, coordinating with internal teams to deliver tailored experiences for sponsors
- Promote Golf Saudi's sponsorship platform through attendance at international shows and events, showcasing partnership opportunities and destination appeal
Role Qualifications:
Educational Background:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience:
+5 years of experience in sponsorship sales/management, partnerships, or commercial development, with hands-on delivery and supervision of day-to-day operations or initiatives.
Technical Skills:
Sponsorship research and prospecting, Proposal and package development, Contract coordination, Activation planning, Stakeholder management, Performance reporting
Soft Skills:
Supervision, coordination, communication, problem-solving, adaptability, attention to detail.
