Role Description

This is an on-site contract role located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, for a Squash Trainer. The Squash Trainer will design and deliver personalized and group training sessions catering to players of varying skill levels and age groups. Responsibilities include assessing players abilities, creating customized training plans, teaching squash techniques and strategies, and monitoring progress. The role also involves fostering an encouraging environment for players to build their confidence, collaboration, and love for the game. Trainers will adhere to the academy's standards for professionalism and skill development.

Qualifications

• Strong technical expertise in squash, including understanding of rules, strategies, and advanced techniques
• Experience in coaching and delivering training to players across all levels, from beginners to advanced players
• Fluent in English (Arabic and/or Russian is a strong advantage)
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to mentor and connect with players of all ages positively
• Relevant coaching certifications or accreditations in squash
• Ability to work on-site in Dubai and comply with local visa requirements if applicable
• A passion for promoting sportsmanship, discipline, and a love for squash
