We are seeking a seasoned
Account Director to lead client relationships, oversee multi-disciplinary campaigns, and drive creative excellence across our creative and production agencies. This role requires a strategic, client-focused leader who can balance creativity, execution, and business growth.

Key Responsibilities
- Client Leadership: Serve as the senior client liaison, understanding business objectives, brand vision, and marketing goals, while ensuring campaigns deliver measurable impact
- Strategic Campaign Oversight: Lead the development and execution of integrated creative campaigns spanning production, design, social and digital ensuring alignment with client expectations
- Creative Collaboration: Partner with internal teams including producers, creatives, designers, and social strategists to brainstorm, conceptualize, and deliver compelling, innovative content
- Project & Resource Management: Oversee timelines, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure all campaigns are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest quality
- Business Growth: Identify opportunities to expand services within existing accounts and contribute to new business development and pitch initiatives
- Client Advocacy: Translate client needs into actionable creative briefs, providing guidance and thought leadership to internal teams and clients
- Industry Insight: Stay abreast of emerging trends, platforms, and best practices in creative, digital, and social media to maintain a competitive edge
- Team Mentorship: Lead, mentor, and inspire account managers and project teams, fostering professional growth and maintaining high engagement
Requirements
- 8+ years in agency account management or client leadership roles, ideally with experience leading creative campaigns
- Proven track record in client servicing, strategic planning, and delivering complex multi-platform campaigns
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence clients and internal teams
- Experience managing large budgets, timelines, and multi-disciplinary creative teams
- Deep understanding of creative, digital, social media, and production workflows
- Ability to balance creativity with business outcomes, driving client satisfaction and growth
- Must be fluent in Arabic and English
- Experience working with Ministries and governmental entities is desirable, though not essential
