We are building an investment and wealth management platform for the GCC region combining real-time AI-driven portfolio analytics with access to a personal financial advisor via subscription. We are now looking for a self-driven Senior User Acquisition Manager to join and strengthen our marketing efforts.
You will own multi-channel campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, Apple Search Ads, and other platforms, and oversee the ASO agency to drive data-driven user acquisition strategies. This position involves close collaboration with the CMO, Marketing Analyst, Marketing and Product Teams, as well as building partnerships with contractors for User Acquisition and creative production.
Responsabilities:
1. Strategy and Planning:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive user acquisition and retargeting strategy tailored to the UAE market in year one, scaling to Saudi Arabia in second year.
- Prioritize and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns to drive scalable, cost-efficient audience growth while reducing CAC.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with CMO, finance, product, and analysts to align budgets and forecast ROMI.
2. Campaign Execution and Optimization:
- Own the end-to-end setup, management, and optimization of paid media campaigns across key platforms: Google Ads, Meta Ads, Apple Search Ads, LinkedIn, etc.
- Drive experimentation via continuous A/B testing of creatives, targeting, and landing pages in collaboration with a content creator, designer, and CMO.
- Monitor and improve core performance metrics including CTR, CVR, CPI, CPA, ROI, ARPU, and LTV, adapting strategies to maximize campaign effectiveness and business growth.
- Partner with product and engineering teams to refine website and app funnels, identifying drop-offs, enhancing user experience, and increasing conversion rates and retention.
- Collaborate with the ASO agency to boost organic and paid traffic performance.
3. Analytics, Automation and Continuous Improvement:
- Conduct ongoing analysis using GA4, Metabase, AppsFlyer, Amplitude, Looker, and other tools to assess campaign performance and user behavior.
- In collaboration with the Marketing Analyst, build and maintain automated real-time dashboards for transparent tracking of campaign KPIs to enable agile decision-making.
- Use predictive bidding, real-time automation, audience segmentation, and AI-driven optimizations to reduce acquisition costs and improve the quality of traffic.
Requirements:
- 5+ years as a User Acquisition Manager, Traffic Manager, Media Buyer, or related roles managing performance marketing at scale.
- Experience managing budgets of $100K+ per month is required.
- A track record of building analytics systems in collaboration with the product team will be a strong advantage.
- Advanced knowledge of attribution modeling, including multi-touch and data-driven attribution techniques.
- Proficiency with Google Analytics GA4, MetaBase, AppsFlyer, Amplitude, Looker Studio, and advanced BI/reporting tools.
- Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, TikTok Ads, Snapchat Ads certifications are highly desirable.
- Agile mindset; thrives in fast-paced startup environments, with strong analytical and strategic capabilities.
- English (B2+).

- FinTech experience will be a huge plus.
