Sr Architectural Site Engineer

Tasks, Roles & Responsibilities :

Site Supervision

• Oversee execution of architectural works on-site.
• Ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and design intent.
• Monitor workmanship and quality standards.

Coordination

• Liaise with consultants, contractors, and subcontractors for smooth execution.
• Coordinate architectural works with structural, MEP, and finishing teams.
• Resolve site-related technical issues promptly.

Quality & Compliance

• Conduct inspections to ensure adherence to codes, standards, and project requirements.
• Review and approve materials and mock-ups.
• Ensure safety regulations and quality control procedures are followed.

Project Support

• Track progress of architectural works against project schedules.
• Report site status, risks, and challenges to project management.
• Provide technical guidance to junior engineers and site staff.

Documentation

• Review and comment on shop drawings and method statements.
• Maintain records of site inspections, approvals, and non-conformance reports.
• Support handover process with final inspections and as-built documentation.

MINIMUN QUALIFICATION & REQUIREMENTS :

Education

Bachelor's degree in architecture or architectural engineering from a recognized university.

Experience Required

4-6 years of experience in Architectural engineering and construction projects.

Proven background in technical office work (shop drawings, submittals, as-builts).

Professional Certification

PMP Project Management Professional

Preferred Requirements

Experience in high-rise, mixed-use, or large-scale real estate projects.

Background in companies where developer and contractor roles are combined.

Familiarity with designbuild project delivery.

Strong skills in multidisciplinary coordination (Structural, Architectural, MEP).

Language

Very good to excellent proficiency in English, both written and spoken.

Computer Skills

Drafting & Modeling: AutoCAD, Revit

Office & Documentation: MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Experience with document control systems for site and project documentation.
