Sr. Associate Quality Control Auditor supports the implementation and maintenance of the IMS. Conducts internal audits, educates teams on IMS compliance, and manages document control processes.
Key Accountabilities:
- Conduct internal audits as per approved audit program.
- Raise and track Non-Conformities (NCs), Observations, and corrective actions.
- Verify compliance with quality, environmental, and OH&S requirements.
- Review risk assessments, environmental aspects, and OH&S hazard controls.
- Support investigation of incidents, customer complaints, and operational NCs.
- Maintain IMS document control (versioning, approvals, master lists).
- Support KPI monitoring and data reporting for Management Review.
- Assist during external certification and surveillance audits.
- Provide IMS awareness and guidance to departments.
- Issue Internal Audit Reports and NCs.
- Request corrective actions from process owners.
- Access IMS-related records and documentation.
- Escalate compliance risks to the Quality Control Specialist
Experience & Qualifications.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management (or equivalent).
- Internal Auditor Certification ISO 9001, Internal Auditor Certification ISO 14001, Internal Auditor Certification ISO 45001, Internal Auditor Certification ISO 17025
- Minimum 5 years experience in Quality/IMS environment.
- Experience conducting internal audits
- Good understanding of ISO standards (9001, 14001, 45001).
- Attention to detail and document management.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Audit preparation and execution.
- Technical writing/editing.
- Proficient in using and understanding digital platforms
