About the Brand

A fast-growing babycare and pediatric wellness brand built for modern parents. The portfolio delivers science-backed, age-appropriate formulas supporting immunity, growth, cognition, bone health, and respiratory wellbeing.

The brand is designed to win digitally first, scale through DTC, e-commerce, and pharmacy chains, and build long-term trust with parents and healthcare professionals while remaining fully compliant.

Your Mission

To launch and scale a high-performing babycare brand by owning digital growth, DTC and e-commerce performance, and pharmacy chain activation, while collaborating closely with a Pharmacist Brand Manager to translate science into clear, credible HCP and consumer communication.

This role owns brand-led commercial performance across online and pharmacy channels.

What You'll Own:

Digital Brand Strategy & Launch
  • Lead the digital-first launch of the babycare portfolio.
  • Define brand positioning, tone of voice, and content pillars for parents and caregivers.
  • Build seamless customer journeys across awareness, consideration, purchase, and repeat.
  • Ensure all communication is age-appropriate, compliant, and trust-driven.

DTC & E-commerce Growth
  • Own brand performance across DTC websites and marketplaces, including Amazon, Noon, and local platforms.
  • Optimize product pages, bundles, subscriptions, and launch offers.
  • Partner with Growth and E-commerce teams on CRO, pricing, promotions, and mechanics.
  • Use performance data to guide fast, informed decisions.

Performance Marketing & Content
  • Shape creative direction for paid media across Meta, Google, TikTok, and marketplaces.
  • Collaborate with performance teams on testing, scaling, and creative optimization.
  • Build an always-on content engine focused on education, trust, and conversion.
  • Work with creators and parent communities in a compliant, credibility-first manner.

Pharmacy Chains Growth & Activation

(In collaboration with the Trade Marketing team)

  • Own brand-led growth across key pharmacy chains.
  • Work closely with Sales and Key Accounts on chain-specific strategies, launches, and promotions.
  • Lead pharmacy activation plans, including visibility, shelf presence, in-store branding, and digital pharmacy platforms.
  • Analyze sell-in, sell-out, and shopper data to optimize assortment, pricing, and promotional mechanics.
  • Ensure alignment between in-store and online pharmacy brand experiences.

Medical & HCP Marketing

(In collaboration)

  • Translate approved scientific content into clear, compelling, and compliant brand messages for pediatricians, GPs, and pharmacists.
  • Co-create detailing materials, visual aids, and sales tools with the Pharmacist Brand Manager.
  • Act as the brand bridge between Medical, Regulatory, Quality, and Commercial teams.
  • Support the field force with simple brand stories, objection-handling frameworks, and confident product narratives.
  • Ensure all HCP-facing materials are aligned, consistent, and field-ready without positioning the role as a medical authority.

Analytics & Optimization
  • Own and track KPIs, including CAC, conversion rates, retention, repeat purchase, pharmacy sell-out, and reviews.
  • Monitor customer feedback and marketplace performance.
  • Continuously test, learn, and optimize.

Cross-Functional Ownership
  • Act as the single point of truth for the brand.
  • Align with Sales, Medical, Regulatory, Supply Chain, Growth, and E-commerce teams.
  • Ensure launch readiness, stock availability, and demand alignment.

What You Bring
  • 4 to 8 years of experience in brand, digital, growth, or e-commerce marketing.
  • Strong exposure to DTC brands, performance marketing, or consumer-driven environments.
  • Solid understanding of paid media, content strategy, and conversion funnels.
  • Commercial mindset with the ability to influence sales outcomes without being in a sales role.
  • Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills.

Note: This role works in close collaboration with Pharmacist Brand Managers and does not necessarily require a medical or pharmacy degree.
