Sr. Business Development Manager

Leading Marketing & Creative Agency | Dubai, UAE

A well-established, award-winning Marketing & Creative Agency in Dubai is looking to hire a SeniorBusiness Development Manager to drive growth across key sectors and build long-term client partnerships.

This role is ideal for someone who understands the agency business model, can open doors, convert opportunities, and work closely with senior leadership, strategy, and creative teams to win new business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead new business development initiatives across marketing, creative, digital, and integrated services
  • Identify, approach, and convert new clients across regional and international markets
  • Own the full sales cycle: prospecting, pitching, proposal development, negotiation, and closure
  • Develop strong relationships with decision-makers including CEOs, CMOs, and Marketing Directors
  • Collaborate with strategy and creative teams to develop compelling pitches and presentations
  • Track pipeline, forecasts, and revenue targets, ensuring consistent new business flow
  • Represent the agency at industry events, networking forums, and client meetings

Requirements

  • 58+ years of experience in business development or sales within a marketing, creative, digital, or advertising agency
  • Proven track record of winning and growing client accounts
  • Strong understanding of agency services: branding, creative, digital, social, content, and campaigns
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Established network within the UAE / GCC market is a strong advantage
  • Self-driven, commercially minded, and comfortable working in a fast-paced agency environment
