Role Title:Sr. Engineer TV Technical Support
Location: Abu Dhabi
Job Purpose
Leverage advanced technical expertise to troubleshoot complex TV broadcast systems, software, and connectivity issues within TV facilities. Ensure systems operate efficiently while adhering to internal policies, procedures, and UAE regulations.
Key Responsibilities
Operational Tasks:
- Supervise troubleshooting and resolution of technical issues related to TV broadcast systems, software, and connectivity.
- Conduct root cause analysis for recurring technical problems and collaborate with engineers to implement solutions.
- Manage the design, integration, commissioning, and upgrading of systems to ensure technical and functional compliance.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance plans to minimize broadcast equipment disruptions.
- Perform maintenance and repair tasks for all broadcast systems to ensure optimal performance.
- Provide technical support and guidance to TV Technical Support Specialists.
- Document technical solutions and procedures for knowledge sharing within the team.
- Report abnormal technical issues to the direct manager for corrective action.
- Participate in technical discussions and provide professional advice.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from a recognized academic institution.
- Preferred professional certifications related to broadcast technologies or technical systems.
Experience
- 3 to 5 years of experience in TV broadcast systems, technical support, or related fields
