As a Senior Growth Specialist with the Customer Value Management (CVM) team at Koinz, you will play a pivotal role in driving the company's growth initiatives. You will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to enhance customer acquisition, engagement, retention, and revenue generation. This role demands a creative, analytical, and results-driven individual who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategy Development: Collaborate with the CVM team to design and implement advanced growth strategies aimed at increasing customer engagement and lifetime value
- Data Analysis: Analyze customer data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for growth. Use insights to inform decision-making and strategy formulation. Utilize advanced analytical tools and methodologies to drive deeper insights
- Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns, including email, SMS, push notifications, and in-app messages. Lead the development of high-impact campaigns and oversee their execution
- Customer Segmentation: Develop and refine customer segmentation models to deliver personalized marketing messages and offers. Implement and manage sophisticated segmentation techniques to enhance personalization
- Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to customer acquisition, engagement, retention, and revenue growth. Provide actionable insights to improve performance. Conduct in-depth performance analysis and present findings to senior leadership
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including Product, Marketing, and Data Analytics to ensure alignment and execution of growth initiatives. Act as a key liaison between teams to drive strategic initiatives
- Innovation: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in growth marketing. Experiment with new channels, tools, and tactics to drive growth. Identify and implement innovative growth strategies
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, or a related field.
- Experience: 3-5 years of experience in growth marketing, customer value management, or a related role, preferably within a tech startup or digital environment.
- Skills:
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in marketing automation tools and CRM systems such as Firebase or any alternative, and WebEngage, or any alternative
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
