• Salary Upto AED 12000
• Mandatory Minimum 5-8 years construction experience preferable in substation construction projects or with any other utility in GCC.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure health, safety & environmental compliance at project site
• Implement and monitor risk assessments and Permit-to-Work systems
• Ensure PPE compliance for all site personnel
• Conduct HSE training sessions & toolbox talks
• Investigate incidents and near misses
• Conduct regular site safety walks and close identified hazards
• Prepare daily, weekly & monthly HSE reports for client & consultant
• Ensure compliance with Environmental Management Systems
• Monitor HSE targets and project safety performance
• Verify 3rd party certifications for equipment, lifting tools & machinery
• Maintain HSE documentation & regulatory records
• Coordinate with client HSE teams and attend safety meetings
