Job Description
- Responsible for formulating and driving departmental strategy, ensuring that electrical maintenance activities contribute to long-term operational excellence.
- Oversee major overhauls, breakdown investigations, residual life assessments of aging equipment systems installed in a modern Gas Turbines / Steam Turbine based power and desalination plant.
- Effective management of improvement and lifetime extension projects pertaining to existing plants.
- In addition, the position requires managing department budget preparation, monitoring KPIs and generating technical reports to eliminate recurring failures.
Qualifications & Experience
Minimum 12 years post qualification experience of electrical ,maintenance in a power plant / industry for a graduate, of which at least 5 years preferably in a similar position.
Graduate in Electrical Engineering
