Job Summary

The role would be responsible for managing the fulfilment center, last mile delivery and cross border logistics ensuring efficient operations and excellent customer experience.

Job Responsibilities

Overall leader for e-commerce fulfilment center for multiple business and multiple brands.
Responsible for recruiting, training, and managing a high-performance team focused on quick and high-quality service to customer.
Setup and manage systems, facilities, and processes for e-commerce fulfilment center.
Manage the day-to-day warehousing and distribution operations of the fulfillment center.
Manage and report operations and customer experience KPI's to all stakeholders.
Develop and maintain detailed project plans and timelines to ensure a quality experience on large and small-scale projects.
Build relations and collaborate with cross functional teams, suppliers, and support services to ensure smooth functioning of the operations.
Setup and manage in-store fulfilment operation flow and process and ensure alignment with all partners (ensure end-to end visibility into inventory and customer orders)
Manage order consolidation, cross docking, packaging, branding process and last mile delivery ensuring high-level of accuracy and excellent customer experience.
Identify and onboard existing and new partners and support regional expansion by coordinating with internal and external operational parties.
Understand the current system's capabilities and limitations, and continuously implement improvements for systems and processes.
Resource planning to minimize costs and meet service level agreement (SLA) requirements

Candidate Requirements

Bachelor's degree, ideally with major in supply chain management or business
7-10 years of work experience with fulfilment/warehouse management and building teams in large scale
Strong entrepreneurial and hands-on way of working
Experience in building up and managing online marketplaces
Goal-oriented and customer-centric
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (and preferable Arabic)
Strong sense of responsibility and accountability
Strong analytical skills
Able to execute work fast independently and in a team

EducationBachelor's Degree in Supply Chain / Logistics or Business Administration
