Senior Mechanical Design Engineer to join our growing multidisciplinary team.

Job Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and development of HVAC, firefighting and plumbing systems, including water supply, drainage, fire suppression systems, and pump room design in line with project requirements.
- Create and manage detailed 3D BIM models (Revit) for plumbing and firefighting systems, ensuring coordination with architectural, structural, and electrical disciplines.
- Conduct and supervise design coordination meetings to resolve interdisciplinary clashes and ensure seamless integration.
- Perform and validate system calculations including pipe sizing, flow rates, pump head, pressure drop, and hydraulic calculations for firefighting systems.
- Review project specifications, drawings, and documents to ensure compliance with local and international codes, such as NFPA, IPC, and applicable building regulations.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and CAD/BIM technicians within the team.
- Collaborate with project managers, consultants, and site teams to ensure design intent is maintained through all project phases.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- Minimum 57 years of proven experience in designing HVAC, firefighting and plumbing systems, preferably for large-scale projects (e.g., hospitals, administrative or commercial buildings).
- Strong knowledge of NFPA, IPC, and local fire and plumbing codes.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, HAP, and Elite Fire or similar hydraulic calculation software.
- Strong leadership, coordination, and communication skills.
- Well-organized, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

- Days Off: Friday and Saturday
