Job Title: Senior Media Buyer

Position Overview

We are seeking a results-driven Senior Media Buyer with 24 years of experience in planning, managing, and optimizing digital advertising campaigns. The ideal candidate has hands-on expertise across Meta, TikTok, Google Ads, X (Twitter), and LinkedIn, with solid SEO knowledge and a proven track record of building strategies that drive measurable growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive digital advertising strategies across Meta, TikTok, Google Ads, LinkedIn, and X.
  • Design and manage campaigns tailored to FMCG products.
  • Conduct market research to identify target audiences, consumer behaviour, and digital trends.
  • Build, test, and optimize ad creatives, targeting, and bidding strategies for maximum performance.
  • SEO Integration: Align campaigns with SEO best practices to enhance visibility and organic performance.
  • Calculate, manage, and allocate advertising budgets with clear breakdowns across platforms.
  • Establish accurate KPIs and performance benchmarks, ensuring campaigns meet or exceed goals.
  • Monitor and report on campaign performance, analyzing ROI and ROAS to provide actionable insights.
  • Collaborate with marketing, content, and brand teams to ensure advertising strategies align with overall business objectives.
  • Stay updated on platform changes, industry best practices, and competitor activity to maintain a competitive edge.

Qualification & Requirements

  • 34 years of proven experience in digital advertising or performance marketing, preferably in FMCG or consumer-focused industries.
  • Strong expertise in managing campaigns on Meta, TikTok, Google Ads, LinkedIn, and X (Twitter).
  • Solid understanding of SEO principles and how they integrate with paid advertising.
  • Demonstrated ability to create advertising strategies across different platforms and industries.
  • Strong analytical skills, with experience in budget allocation, KPI setting, and ROAS calculation.
  • Proficiency in using analytics and performance tracking tools (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, TikTok Ads Manager, etc.).
  • Excellent project management, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Digital Media, or a related field.
