Job Responsibilitie:
1. Support the implementation of factory strategic projects, ensuring timely and effective execution.
2. Collect and analyze operational data to provide insights for strategic decision-making.
3. Maintain project documentation and prepare reporting materials.
4. Assist in process optimization and continuous improvement initiatives.
Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Industrial Engineering, Electronic Engineering, or related management disciplines.
2. Minimum 3 years of experience in project management or production operations support within the manufacturing industry electronics background is preferred.
3. Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint, with basic data analysis skills.
4. Strong communication and coordination abilities good command of written English.
5. Proactive, detail-oriented, and a strong team player.
