Job Purpose:
The Sr. Officer Key Account Advisor responsibility is to manage the airmail accounts and build up a professional relationship with airmail accounts, which eventually leads to a high level of customer satisfaction & greater market share.
Job Accountabilities:
- Maintain and develop business relationships for airmail accounts and provide periodical accounts reports with information about sales, profitability and placement.
- Support the processes agreements, contracts, service level agreements & Financial memorandums with current & new clients to achieve customer satisfaction & objectives. Coordinate conflicts/complaints & financial inquiries through (Visits, emails, letters and telephone calls) & come up with an effective negotiation & sales strategies and conduct periodical account review.
- Liaise with CIC & CRM departments to ensure Shipment movement as planned, and coordinate with company departments to handle any service failure.
- Collect & Audit & reconcile end of shift reports, then dispatch end of shifts reports to Finance department.
- Ensure achieving the highest and best results of targeted and planned sales in all product line personally sells standard products and services to customers and/or supervises a team of sales advisors.
- Conducts research using primary data sources and selects relevant information to enable analysis of key themes and trends.
- Collaborate with key clients to understand their specific needs and challenges and create tailored service proposals that enhance customer satisfaction and drive sales growth.
- Regularly assess the effectiveness of these solutions and adapt strategies to ensure alignment with client objectives and market trends.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Logistics, Marketing or related field.
- A minimum of 2 -4 years of experience in the same or similar field.
