Job Summary

We are looking for a Senior Presales Engineer with strong experience in cybersecurity solutions and the Middle East market to support enterprise and government customers across the region. The ideal candidate will be a trusted technical advisor with excellent presentation and communication skills, capable of engaging with senior stakeholders, including CISOs and decision-makers, and driving technical value throughout the sales cycle.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the lead technical authority in the presales process for cybersecurity products and solutions across the Middle East
  • Deliver executive-level presentations, product demonstrations, and workshops tailored to enterprise, government, and regulated industries
  • Engage with C-level executives, CISOs, IT/security leaders, and technical teams to understand business and security challenges
  • Design and propose end-to-end cybersecurity architectures aligned with customer requirements, regional compliance, and best practices
  • Lead proof-of-concepts (POCs) and technical validations, ensuring successful outcomes
  • Support complex RFP/RFI responses, technical proposals, and bid defenses
  • Collaborate closely with sales teams to develop account strategies and drive deal success
  • Maintain deep awareness of regional cybersecurity regulations, frameworks, and market dynamics
  • Act as a mentor to junior presales engineers and provide technical guidance where required
  • Represent the company at regional events, partner engagements, and customer briefings

Technical Expertise

  • Strong hands-on knowledge across key cybersecurity domains:
    • Network perimeter security
    • Endpoint EDR/XDR
    • Cloud hybrid security
    • Identity Access Management (IAM)
    • SIEM, SOAR, and SOC operations
    • Vulnerability management threat intelligence
  • Proven ability to architect enterprise-scale security solutions
  • Experience working with leading cybersecurity vendors and platforms
  • Vendor knowledge
    • Akamai
    • Checkmarx
    • Palo Alto
    • Netskope
    • Proofpoint
    • Securonix
    • Crowdstrike / sentinel 1
Communication Presentation Skills

  • Outstanding presentation, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Ability to present confidently to executive, technical, and mixed audiences
  • Strong proposal writing and technical documentation capabilities
  • Skilled at translating complex cybersecurity concepts into business value

Experience Education

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or related field
  • 710+ years of experience in cybersecurity, with 5+ years in a presales or solutions engineering role
  • Demonstrated experience working with customers in the Middle East, including enterprise, government, or regulated sectors
  • Strong understanding of regional compliance and frameworks (e.g., NCA, SAMA, ADHICS, ISO 27001, NIST)

Certifications (Preferred)

  • CISSP, CISM, CCSP, or equivalent
  • Vendor certifications (e.g., Palo Alto, Fortinet, Check Point, Cisco, Microsoft, AWS, etc.)
