Primary Purpose Of The Job
Provide comprehensive senior project engineering management services, covering all aspects of the project, Green and Brownfield works within FEED & EPIC Contract from inception to commissioning and handover. Ensure all project phases, including FEED and EPIC, are completed in line with QatarEnergy's requirements, specifications, and standards.
Required Experience And Skills
- Minimum 12 years experience in engineering, project management, and execution of major offshore oil & gas projects, including fabrication yard or consultancy experience.
- Proven expertise in project engineering, scope preparation, tendering, bid evaluation, risk assessment, contract management, and coordination with multidisciplinary teams.
- Experience in FEED, EPIC, and implementation of industry best practices.
- Strong leadership, team building, communication, conflict resolution, and presentation skills.
- Experience supporting the development of onshore and offshore project execution strategies and management processes.
Educational Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in engineering from a recognized university (master's degree preferred).
- Membership in a recognized professional engineering association/institution.
