To handle all research & Studies projects from planning, designing to execution, and plan the methodologies of communicating and activating the results of these studies in order to meet the organization's objectives.
Develop and implement effective research & Studies to enable the organization. Identify opportunities for new projects, policies, and international collaborations.
Design, lead, and manage the development of research related projects and initiatives in the organization.
Lead on the production of research, reports, and concept notes related to organizations projects and initiatives.
Develop and utilize appropriate research & Studies methodologies and methods, evaluation strategies, and research tools.
Oversee research projects to meet overall organizational goals, strategy, and plans.
Monitor and supervise team members performance within project work in conjunction with the Director.
Perform other related duties to meet the ongoing needs of the Development Department.
Perform other related duties as negotiated and requested to meet the ongoing needs of the organization.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business or International Relations or related
2+ years of relevant experience.
