Job Description

Job Summary:

This role requires a highly motivated and results-oriented Sales Account Manager with a strong background in the Commercial Sector. The Sales Account Manager will be responsible for:

  • Business Development: Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within assigned accounts, including identifying leads, conducting opportunity assessments, and preparing proposals.
  • Account Management: Building and maintaining strong client relationships, handling client inquiries, and ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Sales Execution: Achieving sales targets, negotiating contracts, and monitoring project progress and profitability.
  • Market Intelligence: Gathering market intelligence, following industry trends, and contributing to the development of market and pricing strategies.
  • Teamwork: Collaborating with internal teams (Sales, Presales, Project Management) to ensure successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and qualify leads and opportunities.
  • Conduct opportunity assessments and prepare proposals.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Achieve sales targets and negotiate contracts.
  • Monitor project progress and profitability.
  • Gather market intelligence and contribute to market strategies.

Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (preferred).
  • Minimum 2-5 years of relevant sales experience in the Telecom sector.
  • Experience in solution selling and integration.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent customer service orientation.
