Job Summary

Responsible for managing accounts; achieving high sales targets. The account manager is also responsible for building relationships with new clients and leading team productivity.

Job Description

  • Manage a portfolio of accounts.
  • Developa positive relationship with clients.
  • Resolve conflicts and provide solutions to clients on time.
  • Make onsite visits to new prospects.
  • Maintain client-account manager relationship by up-selling and cross-selling.
  • Identify new sales opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Maintain business commitment forecast and target achievement.
  • Achieve sales targets and specific performance metrics, aligned business strategies.

Job Requirements

  • Experience (5-7 Years) in selling network, security, and data center solutions.
  • Experience in Selling any of Cisco, Dell, EMC, Systemax, or Schneider Solutions is a definite plus as a qualifier for this position.
  • Excellent command of English.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, or related field.
  • Understanding of sales performance metrics
  • Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Motivated for sales.
  • Customer-oriented.
  • Ability to work under pressure, meet, and exceed targets.
  • Keen attention to detail and adherence to deadlines.
