- Minimum Required Qualifications
Management Certification
Bachelor's Degree, MBA PreferredTIC
- Technical knowledge
- Sound Knowledge of Certification Standard and its process.
- Compliance with international regulatory standards
- Guide the technical team to design customized service packages addressing specific client needs
- Proficient in CRM and data analysis tools to drive data-driven decisions.
- Experience
- 5+ years of sales leadership experience in the Management Certification sector in the UAE, preferably Abu Dhabi.
- Responsibilities / Authorities / Accountabilities
- Primary Functions
- Responsible for driving growth and expanding Bureau Veritas market presence in the buildings and infrastructure sector.
- Conduct thorough market segmentation analysis to identify high-potential opportunities
- Create detailed client penetration strategies and roadmaps for targeted clients (as per BV strategy)
- Develop competitive intelligence reports tracking industry trends, pricing levels and potential business opportunities
- Client Relationship Management
- Develop and maintain clients strategic relationships with:
- Senior executives
- Management Representative & QHSE Team
- Conduct regular strategic meetings to understand evolving client needs
- Develop long-term partnership frameworks
- Negotiate complex service agreements, MOUs and contracts
- Business Requirements
- Report to Sales Manager/ Product Line Manager about day-to-day business update
- Go to Market Attitude.
