Knowledge, Skills And Abilities
- Demonstrates strong written and verbal communication skills to engage candidates and influence stakeholders effectively
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously
- Adopts an action-oriented approach, anticipating hiring needs and collaborating closely with HR and hiring managers to deliver timely solutions
- Applies behavioural interviewing techniques to assess candidate fit and ensure quality hires.
- Exercises sound judgment and maintains strict confidentiality in handling sensitive candidate and organizational information.
- Advanced skills in MS Office and experience with applicant tracking systems and recruiting ERP platforms (SuccessFactors preferred).
- Possesses a persuasive, communicative, and flexible personality to build trust and drive alignment across stakeholders
- True team player with exceptional planning, organizing, and reporting capabilities to ensure recruitment excellence
Requisite Education And Experience / Minimum Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years in Talent Acquisition, with proven expertise in recruitment within the UAE market (Retail recruitment an advantage)
