In this role, you will be integral to designing optimal solutions that meet client requirements. Your strong communication and relationship-building skills will be key as you work closely with the implementation team and clients to drive projects forward. You will manage all stages of the solution process, from initial analysis to final sign-off, ensuring that customer expectations are met. Accountabilities
- Conduct requirements gathering and analysis sessions with clients.
- Perform FIT/GAP analysis on business requirements.
- Document software requirements/user stories and secure client sign-off.
- Design and document functional and technical solutions.
- Perform customer demos throughout the project lifecycle.
- Configure and test Oracle Subscription Management.
- Test end-to-end solutions with development teams and clients.
- Support clients with regular calls to address functional and technical questions.
Requirements
- 5 years of Order to Cash experience within a professional services organization.
- 3 years delivering billing solutions.
- Experience with subscription billing products like Zuora, Recurly, Salesforce, or Oracle.
- 3 years of customer-facing solution delivery or business consulting.
- Ability to lead discussions with clients and architect solutions.
- Experience in requirements gathering, use case documentation, and systems design.
- Knowledge of billing and/or order-to-cash solution implementation.
