About the Role

Travware is looking for a talented Talent Acquisition Specialist with a strong background in technical and IT hiring. Experience in the tourism industry will be considered a big plus. The right candidate will play a key role in attracting top talent while also supporting HR operations.

Responsibilities

-Manage the full recruitment cycle (sourcing, interviewing, onboarding).

-Specialize in technical/IT hiring and support recruitment in the tourism sector.

-Collaborate closely with hiring managers on workforce planning.

-Support HR operations, employee relations, and policies.

Qualifications

-Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field.

-Proven track record in technical/IT recruitment.

-Background in tourism or hospitality recruitment is highly desirable.

-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
