Role Overview
We are seeking a sophisticated and driven Wealth Manager to join our wealth management team. In this role, you will act as a primary advisor to high-net-worth (HNW) and ultra-high-net-worth (UHNW) individuals and families.
Your goal is to provide holistic financial guidance, ranging from investment strategy and tax planning to estate management and philanthropic goals.
The ideal candidate possesses a rare blend of analytical rigor and emotional intelligence, capable of translating complex financial data into actionable, personalized life strategies.
Key Responsibilities
* Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with a portfolio of private clients, serving as their financial quarterback.
* Strategic Planning: Develop comprehensive financial plans that include asset allocation, retirement planning, risk management, and tax-efficient strategies.
* Portfolio Analysis: Monitor market trends and rebalance client portfolios to ensure alignment with risk tolerance and long-term objectives.
* Business Development: Proactively identify and acquire new high-net-worth clients through networking, referrals, and community involvement.
* Collaboration: Coordinate with clients external legal and tax advisors to ensure a seamless execution of estate and legacy plans.
* Compliance: Maintain strict adherence to industry regulations, fiduciary standards, and internal firm policies.
Qualifications & Skills
* Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field (MBA or Master's preferred). Preference: CMA Certified
* Certification: CFP® (Certified Financial Planner) or CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst) designation is highly preferred.
* Experience: 3 years in private banking, investment management, or financial planning.
* Technical Savvy: Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce), financial modeling tools, and portfolio management systems.
* Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills and the bedside manner required to handle sensitive family dynamics and market volatility.
