Saudi Ministry of Health (MOH) regulations. The role requires strong clinical skills, professionalism, and the ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary healthcare environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care including assessment, medication administration, monitoring vital signs, and documentation.
- Assist physicians during examinations, treatments, and medical procedures.
- Monitor patient condition and report any changes to the medical team promptly.
- Implement nursing care plans and follow physician instructions.
- Maintain accurate and confidential patient medical records.
- Ensure infection control practices and patient safety standards are strictly followed.
- Handle emergency situations efficiently and provide first-line nursing care.
- Educate patients and families on treatment plans, medications, and post-discharge care.

Qualifications & Licensing
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Nursing.
- Valid Staff Nurse / Registered Nurse license from home country.
- Saudi Prometric & Dataflow completed
Experience
- Minimum 13 years of hospital or clinical experience.
- Experience in specialty departments is an advantage.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong clinical and patient care skills.
- Good communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage).
- Ability to work in shifts and under pressure.
